1. Order Processing
All orders placed through The Tuft Lab are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are forwarded to our trusted fulfillment partners, including CJdropshipping, AliExpress, and other suppliers.
2. Fulfillment & Shipping
We do not ship orders directly from our office.
All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses to your delivery address.
Shipping times and carriers vary depending on the supplier, product availability, and destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 7–25 business days depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse location.
Some items may arrive sooner, while others may require additional time due to customs processing or logistical delays.
Tracking numbers will be provided when available from our suppliers.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if provided by the supplier).
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.
5. Delays & Issues
While we work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery, The Tuft Lab is not responsible for:
Delays caused by customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen carrier issues
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking details for each package.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot change addresses once an order has been processed by our suppliers.
